Salmon Bowties w/Peas

•1 box (1 lb.) bowtie pasta
• 1 lb. salmon filet, cooked & crumbled into flakes
1/2 cup dry white wine
• 1 box (10 oz.) frozen baby peas
• 4-5 scallions, sliced
1/4 cup minced fresh dill
• salt & pepper
1/2 cup cream or milk
• parmesan cheese

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until el dente. Meanwhile, sauté the scallions in olive oil until tender. Add the white wine and peas until liquid reduces. Combine the ingredients of the sauté with the drained pasta. Set aside.

Right before serving, rewarm pasta adding crumbled salmon, cream, and parmesan cheese.
