Turkey CroutonThis is an idea gotten from Jeanne Omlor whose past Christmas feast was an inspiration to my own. All it took was sliced free range TURKEY BREAST placed on top of a BIGETTE slice (I used day old bread but Jeanne toasted hers crisp), brushed with HERB OLIVE OIL, and cranberry relish to top it off.
