Latkes

Potato Pancakes can and should be made anytime of the year. Prepared with a few simple ingredients that most homes always have around. Latkes is more than a favorite Hannukah delight.

Per Person:
• one POTATO
• one ONION
• one EGG
SALT & PEPPER to taste

• Grate Potato & Onion and toss in mixing bowl
• Add beaten EGG
• Salt & Pepper to taste

Fry on high heat in pan until golden brown on both sides.
Drain on towel to remove excess oil.
Serve with Sour Cream, Applesauce and/or Cranberry Relish.
